Blockchain Gaming Access, Made Easy
With Pavillion, purchasing is fast, flexible and easy. You can use:
1. Credit card, Debit card or bank account, via PayPal.
2. Cryptocurrency, via CoinPayments.
We’ll cover each payment option below.
Before You Start
1. Make sure you have a Pavillion Hub account, and that you’re logged in.
*If you haven’t already created an account, check out our ‘Account Creation Guide‘.
2. Make sure that you have some platform tokens in your wallet.
*If you haven’t already purchased tokens, follow our ‘Platform Token’ purchase steps below:
Platform Tokens
We support the direct purchase of tokens and NFTs using the stable platform currency of $GOATi tokens, and the native Phantasma Chain $SOUL token.
Note: Other direct purchase native token support will be added in the near future, including $WNDR, $NKTR, $BNB and $USDT – You’re always able to find the latest list of available tokens during the checkout process.
If you already own native tokens, but they are in another wallet (eg. Ecto, Poltergeist or Phantom) then you can easily transfer them into Pavillion Hub.
To do this, copy your Pavillion Hub public address, then open your other wallet and transfer your tokens to this address.
*If you already own GOATi or SOUL tokens, then you can skip straight to ‘Purchasing Game Tokens and NFTs’.
If you don’t already hold any of the native tokens in any wallet, then they’re easy to buy using the steps below.
The Purchasing and Payment Process
Purchasing GOATi Tokens
The first three steps are the same for all payment methods.
1. Click ‘Add Funds To Your Account’
This option is found at the top of the ‘Store‘ page.
2. Enter a ‘Top Up Amount’
The default is USD$50. You can change this to whatever number you like using a numpad, the up/down arrows, your mouse wheel, or track pad.
*The platform base currency is in USD. Each GOATi token is worth USD$0.10.
i.e. A USD$100 Top Up will give you 1,000 GOATi Tokens.
3. Select your payment method
This is where you can select to pay in either:
- Credit Card or your bank account, via PayPal, OR;
- Cryptocurrencies, via CoinPayments
Note: A full list of the available fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies will be shown inside Pavillion Hub during the next steps.
Payment via Credit Card and Bank Account
If you’d like to pay with either your credit card or your bank account, then select PayPal from the dropdown list.
Then you can select to:
- Log in via PayPal and pay with any linked cards and accounts, OR;
- Pay with a Credit Card or Debit Card directly
Depending on which option you choose, either a PayPal log in window, or a section to enter your card details, will appear.
*You should already be familiar with the following steps.
Q. How long until my GOATi tokens appear in my wallet?
This process should be pretty instant, but please allow a few minutes in case of any possible credit card or PayPal processing delays.
After your payment is completed, you can return to the ‘Account‘ window and select ‘Refresh Account‘ to see your GOATi tokens appear.
Payment with Cryptocurrencies
If you’d like to pay with a cryptocurrency, then:
1. Select ‘CoinPayments’ in the dropdown list
2. Click on ‘Currency’ and then select the cryptocurrency that you’d like to send.
*Take careful note of the Token + Chain that you select.
3. Once you’ve selected and confirmed your Token + Chain, you can click ‘Begin Order‘.
4. After clicking ‘Begin Order’, you’ll be shown a page that gives you an address to send your tokens to.
*Be sure to send the exact amount of tokens using the correct Token + Chain type.
*Sending the incorrect token/chain combination can result in your payment being lost.
*We are not responsible for your cryptocurrency transfers from 3rd party wallets.
As soon as your tokens arrive to this address, we will credit your account with your GOATi tokens.
*Cryptocurrency transers can take some time, depending on which token + chain you use.
! You can check the progress of your transfer using the link indicated above.
Q. How long until my GOATi tokens appear in my wallet?
Once your payment has arrived to CoinPayments, the GOATi token process should be pretty instant, but please allow a few minutes just to be sure.
5. After your payment has completed, you can return to the ‘Account‘ window and select ‘Refresh Account‘.
*You can also refresh your account on the ‘Blockchain Wallet‘ page.
And that’s it!
Now that you have GOATi tokens in your account, you’re ready to buy from the store.
