Pavillion How To Guide: Viewing Your Launchpad Tokens

Pavillion Hub’s launchpad feature gives participants the opportunity to claim their tokens on more than one chain.

Background

Pavillion launchpad tokens support bridging between Phantasma Chain, BSC, and Ethereum – With further support for other chains to coming in future.

These tokens are auto-claimed in Pavillion on Phantasma Chain – Or a user can opt in to having tokens claimed on BSC instead.

Note: Token distribution on BSC is currently a partly manual process, and so BSC claimed tokens will not be visible on BSC until after a batch claim process has been run.

This guide is designed to help you find and access your launchpad tokens regardless of which chain you’ve claimed on.

Before You Start

– This guide only applies IF you’ve participated in a launch token sale.

– Make sure you have a Pavillion Hub account, and that you’re logged in.

Notes:

– This guide applies to WNDR tokens only at this stage.

– NKTR tokens are not currently able to be claimed. These will be made available concurrently with the first creature release.

Step 1 – Check Your Pavillion Token Balances

The first step is to determine whether you purchased launchpad tokens, and if so, whether your tokens are on Phantasma Chain, or BSC.

1. Go to the ‘Account‘ window and select ‘Blockchain Wallet‘.

2. Click ‘Check Locked Balances’.

N.B. If you can’t see the ‘Locked Tokens’ section at the bottom, hit ‘Refresh’ first.

3. After a few seconds, you should see your locked tokens appear under the ‘Locked Tokens’ section, as below – Click the “Claim” button next to the WNDR tokens

RESULT 1 – Tokens Claimed on BSC

If the following window looks like the image below, and has a BSC address with a claim date, then you have opted in to claim your tokens BSC.

Make a note of the BSC address, AND the claim date, and move onto the next step.

RESULT 2 – Tokens Claimed on Phantasma Chain

In the following window has a blank ‘To Address’ claim field, then you have not already opted to claim your tokens on BSC – Meaning that they remain on Phantasma Chain.

Note:

If your tokens are currently on Phantasma Chain, then there’s nothing that you need to do. These tokens will be available to use as soon as the game is released.

Step 2 – Check BSCScan

If you’ve confirmed that you’ve claimed your tokens on BSC, then you can check the tokens in your address directly on BSCScan.

1) Go to BSCScan

2) Enter your BSC address

*This is the address that is shown in the ‘Claim WNDR Tokens – Existing Claims’ section mentioned above.

3) Click the ‘Token Holdings’ box, and search for Wonderman Token (WNDR)

If you can’t see any WNDR tokens in your wallet, move on to Step 3.

If you can see WNDR tokens in your address on BSCScan, but you can’t see them in your preferred wallet, then you will need to add WNDR to your wallet.

To Add WNDR To Your BSC Wallet

Accessing your WNDR tokens on BSC will depend on which wallet you’re using.

If you’re using a different wallet, then please search the web for guides on how to import/show custom tokens into that specific wallet.

Step 3 – Check BSC Token Release Dates

If you’ve confirmed that you have claimed on BSC, and that the tokens aren’t currently in your wallet, then you’ll need to check whether your claim fell within the public vesting timeframe.

You can double check these distribution txs to double check which rounds your wallet was/wasn’t included in.

RESULT 1 – Claims Within the Public Vesting Timeframe

If you claimed your tokens BEFORE the last date mentioned in the ‘Pavillion Hub token vesting transactions’ section, then your tokens should have been sent to your BSC wallet.

Move on to Step 4.

RESULT 2 – Claims Outside of the Public Vesting Timeframe

If you claimed your tokens AFTER the last date mentioned in the ‘Pavillion Hub token vesting transactions’ section, then your tokens are likely still on Phantasma Chain – These tokens will be delivered to your BSC wallet before the game launch – Date to be announced.

If you fall into this category, and you’d like your tokens vested to your BSC wallet asap, then move onto Step 4.

Note: The current BSC vesting process is somewhat manual, and so we prefer to batch up a number of requests into the one vesting, as opposed to doing it on a case-by-case basis.

Step 4 – Contact Us

Depending on your result from Step 3, please contact us in either our Telegram or Discord community channels let us know the details of your case:

A) “I claimed on BSC within the timeframe and my tokens are not appearing in my wallet on BSCScan.”

B) “I claimed on BSC outside of the timeframe, and I would like to know when the next distribution will be.”

And please include the following information:

1. A full *unedited* screenshot of your claim (as per ‘Step 1 – Result 1’, above)
2. The BSC wallet address  used in your claim. (Text)
3. Your Pavillion account email address. (Text)
4. Your Pavillion account username. (Text)

*We will never ask you for your password or wallet private key. Do not provide these to anyone ever.
**Be sure that your username/handle is public when you contact us. We don’t respond to anonymous requests.
